2008-09 Junior Student-Athletes:
If you have the dream and are looking at playing college level sports at either a Division 1 or Division 2 level college, you need to take steps and register with the NCAA by the start of your junior year. Please see your counselor with questions or help registering before you head out for the summer.

2008-09 Sophomores and Juniors:
The PSAT is a test that gets you ready to take the SAT, which colleges use to gauge how ready you are for college.  Juniors who are planning to take the SAT and apply to college need to take the PSAT.  Sophomores are also encouraged to take it both sophomore and junior years.  Although the SAT is administered seven times each year, the PSAT is only given once per year.  The 0809 PSAT is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th here at Madras High School .  We will start signups in September.  You can pick up a study guide when you pay your $14 dollars to the Bookkeeper.  Keep it in the back of your head and stay tuned!
